Ο Άρης, ένας απελπισμένος Έλληνας, προσπαθεί να φύγει από τη χώρα μέσω μιας βάρκας. Αφού διασώζεται από βέβαιο πνιγμό, από άντρες των θαλασσίων συνόρων, επιστρέφει στη χώρα του όπου αγωνίζεται να επιβιώσει ανορθόδοξα. Βιώνει όλες τις «αμαρτίες» και τις ακρότητες ενός ανθρώπου έξω από το Σύστημα. Κλέβει, γίνεται σκλάβος και σκοτώνει.
Aris, a desperate man, is trying to leave the country with an almost wrecked boat. After being rescued from a certain drowning by some frontier forces men, he returns now as a foreigner in his own ruined country. He experiences there all «sins» and extremes as a man outside the System. He steals; he becomes a slave and kills. He tries, willingly, to survive unorthodoxly.
